Hello

Like many others, I had to endure much disappointment and heartbreak before discovering how to attract healthy relationships.

 

For years, I seemed to end up with all sorts of narcissists or emotionally unavailable men, and I could not understand what was wrong with me. I went through several phases: I thought I must be unlucky, then I convinced myself that men are all players, and then I concluded that I was probably too ugly or boring.

It never occurred to me that maybe my inner World was too messy and not welcoming for a potential lover. So instead of clearing up the emotional mess, I kept making a bigger one: I put up walls and became avoidant.

​

Until my heart got broken for the umpteenth time, and I decided it wouldn't happen again: I felt so lost I didn't know who I was or what I believed in anymore. And it hit me: I was looking for love, but I should have just looked for myself. I am a master's graduate in Philosophy, and when I started looking inwards, my background suddenly made sense.

I had studied systems and read books about knowledge, values, and morality and had always wanted to find a way to apply these principles in "real life". ​

This is why "Know yourself", the Ancient Greek aphorism attributed to Socrates, became the foundation of my method, which build on different schools of thought. 

​

I want to reshape the way you see yourself and, consequently, the World and prove to you that that
is the secret to creating the reality you desire.
